IN OBTAINING A COMMISSION SLOT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

General:

  1. These terms and conditions are subject to change. We will generally post on social media when they are updated. Please review this page each time you are obtaining a commission from us.

  2. Clients do not have the right to sell their commissions or mint them as NFTs. Doing so is in violation of these terms.

  3. All completed commissions are non-refundable.

  4. We have the right to decline any commission without question.

  5. Finished commissions may be posted on our social media page and/or listed in our portfolio unless otherwise specified.

  6. Finished commissions may be posted to other websites by the client with proper credit given unless discussed otherwise.

Payment

Live2D General

  1. Live2D Models are able to be used for commercial purposes with credit.

  2. After closing form submissions, We will reach out to those we’ve selected for that batch with a quote via the mode of contact listed on the form.

  3. We will not contact those who we will not be selected for the batch.

Live2D Art

  1. Live2D Art will take 3-4 months or more depending on complexity.

  2. Revisions: For every commission, clients have 2 major revisions. Once during the sketch phase and another during the finishing stage. Subsequent revisions will cost a fee. (See commission info for the specific price)

  3. Once the sketch is complete, we will send an image either through Twitter DMs or email for approval or revisions. Major revisions regarding aspects of the model drawn in the sketch after approval will require a fee.

  4. Revisions regarding cutting will be free as per the request of your rigger but please refrain from abusing this.

  5. If we aren't able to accommodate cutting revisions due to lack of availability, your rigger has full permission to alter the artwork in an appropriate manner.

  6. The client has permission to modify their model through VTubeStudio's various features.

Live2D Rigging

  1. A Live2D Rig will take 3-4 months or more depending on complexity.

  2. Rigging updates will be provided weekly or bi-weekly. Feel free to ask for revisions and give opinions during those moments.

  3. We may send the model for testing purposes as the commission progresses. Inform us of any minor errors found so that they may be corrected.

PNGTubers / Portraits

  1. Reactive PNGs/Portraits are able to be used for commercial purposes with credit.

  2. Before commissioning, please finalize your design references/mood boards as we might not be able to accommodate changes. Major revisions may cost a fee.

  3. Revisions: For every commission, clients have 2 major revisions. Once during the sketch phase and another during the finishing stage. Subsequent revisions will cost a fee. (See commission info for the specific price)

  4. Once the sketch is complete, we will send an image either through Twitter DMs or email for approval or revisions. Major revisions regarding aspects drawn in the sketch after approval will require a fee.

  5. commission will take a week (more or less depending on complexity) in the order of the day the client paid in the queue. Each batch of 10+ clients will take 2-3 months altogether.
